Parent Survey- Safe Routes to School

  • Post category:CCSD
Good afternoon,
Please see below for links for parent surveys regarding students’ travel mode and post them to your websites and Parent Link. The surveys are for students in grades K-12. If there is more than one student per family attending your school, then the survey should be completed for only the oldest student. There is a link for the survey in Spanish, as well as in English.

See the verbiage below with instructions to the parents to be posted with the survey links.

Contact me with any questions.

Parents:
Please take a moment and complete the Safe Routes to School (SRTS) survey regarding your students’ mode of travel to and from school. The survey is for parents with students in grades K-12. If you have more than one child in the Clark County School District (CCSD), attending the same school, please complete one survey only for the eldest student in each school.
The survey asks you to check areas that affected your decision to allow your child to walk/bike to school. With this information, we are able to advance the safety education programs we bring to the schools and improve areas along walking/bike routes to your child’s school. The survey will only take a moment and does not ask for any names, however, there is a place for comments at the bottom.

There is a link for the survey in Spanish, as well as in English.

Surveys are due no later than October 28, 2022.

Thank you for your time.
